I teach Diving and work at the The Living Planet Aquarium in Salt Lake. It's great to be a part of a great organization with a fantastic group of people. I'm a former Chef. I tend to be a bit shy, definately a dreamer. Traveling and learning about different cultures is a joy.
Yoga is a release for me, If I'm feeling tired, blue, or frustrated, I'll always walk away light of foot and with a feeling of having wiped away any negativity that may have been building up.
